Forgive the English, but I could not help but comment on the similar situation we have in my Aikido dojo. I also possess her unique ability to not feel pain in the joint locks, and we found a solution to handle individuals with our unique ability. Instead of relying on the pressure points, try locking out the joints to immobilize the arm entirely or twisting the joints so they would break the wrist, hand, etcetera if that individual resisted. For the second suggestion, we would call this method "gyaku," or twisting the joints out of their natural movement. For example, in the technique demonstrated by her in this video, we would call that a "nikkyo" or second form (nikajo in other Aikido or Aikijujutsu styles), and instead of just bending the wrist and torquing the hand up, we would also use the free hand to go underneath the immobilized hand and apply counterpressure to break the opponent's wrist.
