Allegations had recently surfaced about how horrible Jojo and her mother were to the girls in the group. Apparently working conditions so bad that 4 out of the 7 members had left and been replaced in only a year. One of the girls, her mother and a couple of anonymous producers came out in an article by Rolling Stone. Alleging Jojo and her mother created a toxic working environment. Specifically the girl who came forward has a disability and she was made to perform even when she was suffering complications and bleeding out of her bellybutton! I would look up the article if you want to dive deeper into the allegations but a lot of people believe her whole rebrand is just a way to cover up these recent claims against Jojo and her mother.

One girl had a chronic disability, and they made her practice days before her surgery and she started bleeding from her belly button.
