He looks like that because original joker fell in a vat of acid which made his skin pale and his hair green and essentially made him the joker. This joker looks like he suffered horrific chemical burns so I think they will go that route so it all makes sense to me personally, the scary element is just a bonus that goes with his lore.

@@SilkKreep oh sorry, the fact that he was teased at the end of the movie kinda gave me the wrong idea, no idea how I came up with that but again sorry. Maybe I missed the part of the movie where Matt Reeves came out and said “don’t worry, we’re never gonna see Joker again” although it has me wondering, if he’s not gonna appear again, why have this scene at all? Isn’t it just proving how redundant this scene is since it’s not setting up the next villain but just teasing an overused villain that many people are sick of and think there’s too much of? Many people agree that this was the worst scene in the film cause it doesn’t fit in with the story and now it only seems to exist to piss people off

@Wil Cowan-Daly There was another scene of Joker but it was cut, which would've made this scene make more sense so you can chalk it up to bad editing. But he's in this movie because he's going to be apart of a series set in Arkham Asylum, if it doesn't get changed for the millionth time. So I guess what I'm trying to say is don't cry like a brat if you don't know what you're talking about. Sure you can use the excuse, "not everyone keeps up to date with news." Which can be valid, but if you aren't enough of a fan to keep up with the news, then you really shouldn't care about who the main villain of the next movie is, but you do, so much so that you were genuinely angered at the thought he might show up again, so not knowing is really on you. And define "doesn't fit with the story." The story is very much over at that point so there's no need for any of the other scenes really, it simply sets up Riddlers return, possibly as the more comic accurate, green suited Riddler we're familiar with. I mean this entire movie serves as a setup for three other projects, the arkham show (formally a GCPD show) A catwoman show, AND a Penguin show, so I'm not really sure why your biggest complaint is Joker.
