Dude that is so cool, I think you're really talented artist. I like trying to create art with some of my tie-dye as well, but great idea using thicken water to make a dye paint. Thanks for sharing.

Came out so dope! Maybe I missed it, but when did you introduce soda ash into the dye painting? Did you resoak the shirt and let it dry? Did you add soda ash to the dye paint? I know there is soda ash in that equation somewhere, but I didn't see it in the vid.... I usually add it to my dye paint. I was just curious if you did it a different way?

Thanks! I didn't resoak the shirt in soda ash and didn't add soda ash to the dye paint . After drying, I just painted the shirt then cured it for 48 hours. All good, no fading at all. ✌️🙏🙇‍♂️

@@LSDTieDyeTV no kidding!? Well, that's got my head spinning!! Like, how?! Hmm... gonna have to give that a try I guess. Would be nice to not have to rush painting after adding soda ash to the dye paint! ;)

I don't quite understand this either... The finished dye paint actually looks like... paint. Would it come out if you washed it? I've used thickened dye, also, but always rinsed it out. Is this more of your dyeing magic? Alas, I am but a mere mortal. 😢 Wonderful work, as always, but I have to say, this shirt is extra amazing!

Do you wash it off . How does it look after wash and dry. Is it stil thick on the fsbric. Or dies it blend like when tie dye. Its really interesting. Not alot of videos explaining this. Love your videos

Leave it for at least 24 hours. Then wash it off. It will no longer be thick on fabric, it blends like normal fabric dye. ✌️

Y que tinte es? Primero que todo déjame felicitarte👏👏👏Bravo,eres increíble. Por favor podrías decirme que tinte es el primero que le hechas a la tela? Esos de varios colores,que material es? Segundo que es lo que mesclas en el frasco? Nó hablo inglés,lo siento. Y por último,la cara que pintas es con otro tipo de tinte? Ohhh, so you put the crease in the front so the back would still get dye. When you unfolded it I was like.. HUH? I would like to try this method but with "Predator" themal vision color pattern and predators hand holding skull in thermal vision. I did not catch how you "painted" the face, or if used thickener. Edit: Rewatched thickener at 4:45 1/2 sodium alginate per 150ml water

how does it look when you rinse off the thickened dye? I have been thinking of trying something like this but with an airbrush and paint instead of dye great design btw

Thanks! Color will stay as long as you leave/cure it for at least 24 hours.
