As a daughter of a Spanish descent Dad and Chinoy Mom, and speaking from experience 😅 Yes! mas loud and sabay gyud ang mga kastila, kaming mga bata makig storya UG makig jam sa mga mas older namo and vise versa while sa Chinese side human kaon sa party, Uli, tuwog na dayun, but not all, mostly lang haha

I think it's better really to go out as much as you can when you're younger to shape you But the older you get you can choose which experience that will shape you or with your family na based sa energy hahaha.

Love the topic but Kryzzie just a concerned skyfam member, have you told your Doctor to check your thyroid level? Aside from your daily routines or activities, maybe that could be one of the reasons why you are always tired.
