At the end of one hundred years after this none would survive on the surface of the earth (from amongst my Companions). You do have to worry about the day of judgement. Anyone who does not have the Savior, Jesus Christ, is lost already. We cannot save ourselves. God is a righteous judge, and the penalty for sin is death (eternal destruction). A righteous judge cannot ignore sin because of the good things we have done. We are on trial for the evil we have done. We cannot pay the penalty of death we owe, only Jesus, Immanuel, God with us can do that.
