The Jurassic Coast - Drone Footage

8 жыл бұрынThe Jurassic Coast is a World Heritage Site on the English Channel coast of southern England. It stretches from Orcombe Point near Exmouth in East Devon to Old Harry Rocks near Swanage in East Dorset, a distance of 96 miles.
Chartered in 2001, the Jurassic Coast was the second wholly natural World Heritage Site to be designated in the United Kingdom.
Join me as we fly above the coastline and find some hidden treasures!
This is my first true cinematic video created, please feel free to give me feedback and comments below!
Equipment - DJI Phantom 3 Professional
Editing Software - DaVinci Resolve 12
Locations include (In Order of appearance on video) - Corfe castle, Durdle Door, Old Harry Rocks, Disused quarry, Dancing Ledge, Wareham Forest.

Absolutely stunning. I love this area. It is somewhere i really want to fly my drone. Just beautiful. The sun reveal at 4.19 is epic especially with the music.

superb film....been to many of these locations, except where the drone can go off limits ofcourse! it always feels like going back millions of years ago, when visiting the isle of purbeck and the jurassic coastline....

Beautiful footage! And the soundtrack is perfect. It was like the opening scenes of Blue Planet. David Attenborough narrative wouldn't have been out of place!

Absolutely Fantastic ! I spend many happy days on the isle of Purbeck, running , swimming along the Jurassic coast. The area looks stunning from the air, and your rousing soundtrack , with the sound of waves and seabirds... how's that done?, clever mixing indeed. Was hoping for a sighting of The Square and compass and St Albans Head... maybe next time? Thanks , that video is in my favourite playlist, cheers!

From that view the sun would be setting, not rising. Sea is on left side and land on right side so view must be towards the West. Sunset.

Stunning! Did you have to ask permission at the council to fly over those coastlines? I just bought a drone but they gave a million rules with it....I will be going there soon and want to try out my drone :)
