I think if the defendant cannot pay, she should collect the clothes from her resellers and return them to the plaintiff. At least, the plaintiff won't lose all. The plaintiff can find ways to sell them.

If i have opportunity to advice in this case, I would say the defendant should take the plaintiff to the customers.let her see for herself that the clothes have not been sold.she can take them back if she cares.who was talking about clothes during lockdawn.Every one was after what to eat.

I have been watching a lot of ur cases here without commenting but this one touch me I have to comment,the one who brought the case to court is grinding and selfish I love people who take things like if it to be me what would I av done,she has been your customer for long and she has been paying you never owned you before and now not that she doesn't pick your calls or called you sometimes begging you to give her some time and she went as far coming to your house not shop to plead with you haba!!!!! not that she ran away oooh my God 😭😭,I no very well there's no friend in business as they say we all no the situation of Nigeria right now nothing is working someone who don't have money to eat I don't think he/she will want to buy clothes what you should have done before taking her to court at list you should av go with her to see the customers if really your clothes are still in their shop,they do make parable says when you took your friend to court you are not longer friends everything is not just money money that girl might be your helper tomorrow never you look down on anybody you just lose a friend and customers that is just the truth you never do well by bringing her to the court.someone that don't have a house to stay and she told you- you said that is not your business as a good person and customer to you at list you should have some feelings even devil and witches do consider sometimes.
