Thanks for the video. I recently bought the 208D version and it is very handy indeed for working on my aging Toyota Yaris. The flashlight is actually quite handy when you are working upside down under the dash. And no more blown fuses from accidentally leaving the meter in current mode and taking a voltage measurement. Here are two more interesting applications: My landlord recently came over to check the hallway light and I showed him how cold it was in the building (16C) and he turned the heat on. My 2 grandkids use it as a "Ghost Busters" meter using the non-contact sensor to search for ghosts in the oven, the toaster, etc. They use the flashlight to check for ghosts in the darkened basement. But if they see a spider, they come running back up. Cheers from Canada :-)

I have several Kaiweets products and I'm very happy with them. To improve accuracy I clean the new probe tips with 91 percent alcohol. I've found they have some type of coating that slows continuity and mA testing . I now clean leads included with all meters and oscilloscope probes.

Here is a comment for the "accuracy nuts". When you are working on a car, an electrical panel, or something, who cares if it says 6.1 or 6.3 amps. What really counts is the built-in flashlight :-)

One nice feature is if you pair it with a plug in line splitter. I was able to determine a space heater was going bad because it was pulling too many amps.

Another plus with clamp meters. No fuse blown if you accidentally choose the low range and try to measure more.

The clamp meter probably more accurate if you measure amps on a straight wire, not on a U turn and position the wire at the middle of the clamp hole and keep it perpendicular. There are two sign for that on the clamp arms.

It can be improved by looping the wire 10 times to get a 10x reading, which you just divide by 10 to get the actual measurement. 12:15

It works for DC as well, if your wire is thin enough and can be looped. If it's thick like auto battery cable, then it wouldn't be possible.

Weird question, can you put a higher rating fuse, say 20A, in those non-clamp DMM and use it for measuring high current circuits for very short duration (
