This is awesome! I especially admire how efficient the limited space is used. My "home gym" is partly scattered over the whole house. And the part of it I use the most is kind of a mess. So before video shooting I always have to move lots of stuff out of the frame. Takes me about twice the time of the actual filming. But since it is also our living room, my wife doesn't allow me a lot of reconstruction and permanent changes to the interior design 😄

That is definitely a challenge! I generally try to keep the gym side of my basement clutter free, and occasionally I'll get the other side clean as well. It definitely helps for shooting, but it also just helps keep me consistent on working out. If I had to clean teh gym every time I wanted to use it, I'd end up using it less often.

French cleat idea for customised hanging. I did one for a frame once when i needed extra strength. Completely forgotten about them until now. Genius for this sort of setup. Love that the tour isn't just "look at all this shit i bought" - so many DIY projects and ideas. Extremely jealous.

Thank you! The French cleat was inspired by The Kurtlocker. He was the first person I ever saw using French cleats for gym storage. It is really the perfect system. I’m glad you enjoyed the video. I had a lot of fun making it. It is crazy to see how much stuff I have in there.

Such a sick set up, absolute home gym goals. How much would you say it's cost you to put it all together, if you had to guesstimate?

Thank you! I love it so much! It’s hard to put a dollar amount on it because I got a lot for free through flipping, I’ve received free and discounted equipment for being an influencer, and I’ve built a lot of it. If I bought everything without flipping to get it for free, I’d say it cost around $10-$15k. If I bought everything new instead of used, I’d say more like $25-$30k. Those are just rough guesses though.

Do you notice a big difference with the pulley upgrades on the tower? I have 2 pulley towers and a lat tower, so upgrading like 40 pulleys gets pretty expensive. Thanks!

There’s a difference, I wouldn’t say it’s a huge difference. I bought my Titan tower pulleys on sale for $10 each so the upgrade price wasn’t too bad. I’d say it was worth it. The Bells tower was easier to upgrade. Bells of Steel sells an upgrade kit and it is around $120

How do the Rogue Trolley arms fit on the Rep upright? Thought Rep was metric and slightly smaller

You are correct, however, the trolley mount allows for some variation in size, so it works just fine.

I have an adapter to put on the 5/8” pin to convert it to 1”. It works perfectly. I’ve actually partnered with a local fabricator to make and sell them. I’ve been testing it out and we are going to start selling them within the next week. Stay tuned.

I’m interested in that Bells of steel seal pad! I saw that it is for 5/8 holes but the Omni rack has 1 inch. Any issues with it moving or not secure? Thank you.

Yes exactly! Pretty simple to make. The only downside is that spray paint chips easily, so these are more decorative
