@356z Respectfully, the nature of your comment sort of exemplifies what she is "not". I really appreciate her years of hard work that have resulted in great skill and impressive ability. I appreciate her humility and spreading encouragement and positive vibes....unlike many "influencers" who come across as bragadocious or arrogant or minimizing others, she is using her platform and influence for positive things.

When I was putting on weight at the start of lockdown I couldn't play tennis so I acquired a skipping rope to take steps to get fitter. It was kind of a wire more than a rope, anyway you are inspiration for me to drag it out again and get skipping! I have no problems with double unders but triples may yet elude me...

Well done to all your skip rope skills. Nice to see your phenomenal growth over the years. All the best. I am intrigued by this video and the double-under. Your jump reminds me of the very HIGH jump by the Maasai Warriors of Kenya in Africa. Perhaps you can copy their jumping style and make a TRIPLE under. Stay well!

Did the same for double unders. Pretty correct on 2 ways: 1. Faster speed 2. Jump higher Or third opition, I dunno if that can do triple unders (never achieved) 3. Faster speed & Jump higher
