According to our relegion islam there's two things you can do to expand you life time , deal good with your parents take care about them along thier life and also visit all your members family every now and then . However i think also that take care of our health through practicing sport , fasting occasionally is good to live longer . The long life as such not the goal , The goal is to present any thing useful to others and to the world around us or contribute to reduce the suffering on people and the Most important question to know why we are here in the world ? in Islam religion when we pray to other to be longevity we add in obeying Allah
