The Khwarazmian state from its beginning until its fall by the Mongols
One of the countries that emerged during the periods of dissolution that affected the Abbasid state, and had a great impact on the Islamic world until it became the first country to fall by the Mongols...It is the Khwarazmian State.
Today we will turn in the pages of Islamic history to stop at (the Khwarizmian state), whose origins go back to "Noshtekin", who was appointed as governor of the Khwarazm region, to keep that area belonging to the Seljuk state until "II-Arslan" came, who was able to become independent from (the Khwarizmian state). So, the new state began to expand at the expense of the Seljuk state until the Khwarizmi Sultan "Tekish" was able to eliminate the Seljuk state and the seizure of its lands. And then his successors came to complete his march until (the Khwarizmian state) reached its maximum expansion during the reign of Sultan "Alaa-Din Muhammad Khwarizm Shah". But those victories that he achieved, soon went unheeded when a severe dispute occurred between the Khwarazmians and the Mongols. Then the Mongols launched their raids on (the Khwarizmian state), whose cities began to fall one by one in their hands. Until the end of (the Khwarizmian state) came with the death of Sultan "Jalal al-Din" to bring the curtain down on (the Khwarizmian state).
