Bro Micah Richards was born for the US audience. He is funny, loud and outlandish. Sort of reminds me of how Insida the NBA on TNT operates. British TV coverage of soccer used to be so freaking boring with all the sad and serious faces. Thank god Micah came in and changed it. Love this

As someone who has social anxiety I can tell you that exposure therapy is one of the best things you can do to alleviate your anxiety. It will feel like hell at first, but the more you do it, you’ll start feeling a lot more confident and less anxious. Also, exercising helps a lot as well.
