I will never forget this day and this moment in time in my life. I was 22 years old, traveling europe all ALONE. Trying to find a little piece of happiness after my first heartbreak. I attended this concert all alone.

I know right, he kept looking over at Nekfeu like, ha beat that, plus Nekfeu then actually tried to play louder than them after they leapt on with Mr Brightside. I feel so fortunate to have witnessed the whole thing :D

Ron and Brandon have had such an impact on my life man. I came out of being suicidal due to family issues, but their music pulled me out of it. I just feel sheer joy when I listen to them. It’s great, I’d love to see them live one of these days..but it’s so expensive !

I just came across this. This is hysterical. Some guy is going over his time and cutting into Killer's time. "Gee, what can we do guys?". "Hey, how about we play what is possibly the best Rock song of the 2000s, MR BRIGHTSIDE"! Killers plus 1, 000-----Unk guy minus Infinity!!!!!!!!!

Oh yeah. I was there. It was some French rap artists who'd overrun by 15 minutes and we were getting progressively more annoyed they wouldn't go away, then this happened. It was frankly hilarious

I live for three things: 1: Ron's facial expressions, 2: Those confetti cannons which I was thankfully out of range of, and 3: Brandon jumping around the stage and yelling FRANCOIS! One music festival I will never forget and I'll probably be back there next July :D

Thank you so much for posting this. Like a few others on this thread, I was there too next to the rainbow unicorn. Now I'm back in Australia, I can replay and relive the fun and heat of my euro holiday. Highlight of this set was to watch Brandon look over to the other stage trying to outblast Nekfeu. Good times!

Being there for this was nothing like i'd ever experienced before. That irrelevant French rapper Nekfeu went over his time by about 15 minutes and everyone who was at The Killers stage was booing it was crazy. Then The Killers must have said to each other you know what I bet if we open with Mr Brightside and play as hard as we ever have we will shut them up and they did exactly that. Nekfeu's stage was muted by The Killers for anyone in the middle of the two stages and everyone from Nekfeu who could hear Mr Brightside rushed over. That Nekfeu guy should never get a slot that big again the selfish twat.

apparently the artist before nekfeu didn't finish in time either so nekfeu started late and couldn't finish his setlist in time. The organizers shouldn't have put the two stages so close to each other. The Killers could have waited a bit too?

That's not true! Stereophonics finished on time (actually 2 min before the end of their slot) and Noel Gallagher's finished on time as well... I was there ;) Nekfeu is a rude imbecile

They lead off with it about 20% of the time just to mix things up. But when that normally happens the closer is usually When You Were Young. This time they led with it just to mess with the other stage, then went into the "normal" set they've done for the past few years.
