Great Observation! Brandon's voice is just a tad deeper now, but I think he's singing too agressively. When you do that, you lose control and your voice becomes shaky--just like when you drive aggressively. In 2005, you'll notice how much more relaxed he and his voice are! Still, The Killers is the best band in the world, & Brandon's the best songwriter in Rock!

All right people. STOP saying that Brandon is a "bad" singer. People who say that, are obviously the kind of people who do not know music at all. What do you expect? For him to sound EXACTLY like the albums? Well, sorry people its not always going to be perfect. They are SOO much better live, because they give it their all, and love performing. And you got to remember...Do you actuallt realizr how many people are at these festivals? Reading and Leeds has over 70,000 people.

yeah i just realized it too! it seems as though his voice was better during hot fuss. yeah now its not really consistent. still really gooood but i think its because they were touring for a long time and their songs are really demanding of the voice and his voice prob was really exhausted from performing for so long and screaming a lot took alot out of his voice. i think for the next tour, he'll practice to maintain a stronger voice :)

This guy sounds great in the studio. The band sounds spot-on live, but unfortunately Brandon Flowers sounds like he's being shaken violently when he sings live.

yeah i agree. the band could work on vocals more but fuck they ARE really good. yeah watching live performances suck but actually being there watching the band live is amazing and the adrenaline is undescribable. it just depends.
