Dear Heather, depression is a demonic spirit that you are allowed to come into your life through anxiety, worry, fear etc. A door was open. Close the door and here is how....... A) acknowledge and repent and ask for forgiveness before God for allowing the spirit of depression to come. B) renounce the legal right that you gave the spirit of depression. C) renounce the covenants and agreements that you made with a spirit of depression. And last D) command the spirit of depression to leave your body.....like this, be forceful when you command...I bind the spirit of depression and I command the spirit of depression to come out of me in Jesus name. I break every assignment of the devil in Jesus name..... Repeat until you feel the release and the power broken. Be angry with the devil, don't MickyMouse around. Command with faith and power. I delivered many people from all kinds of things. God trained by myself in the garage how to deliver people. Now you got the keys, do it with authority or whine around. God gave us power, use it.

Heather, sometimes God answers prayer by sending someone to help you through your problems. I'm not a licensed psychologist/psychiatrist, but through my life experiences, I am able to help you with your depression, if you want. I know people don't tend to take mental health seriously and treat it like it's something you can just stop and smell the roses and you'll be fine. No. I know depression is so much more than that. I think this is why God put me here. So, if you would like me to do what I can to help you, just let me know.

Be reminded daily how beautiful and intricately God created you. The only place God expresses fear in his word was when he created you. " I wove you in your mother's womb in that secret place with fear and trembling. You were fearfully and wonderfully made. Every hair on your head is numbered." How important and loved you are. There's more in the Scriptures of God's thoughts concerning you. No greater love. Sorry. I didn't leave the Scripture book and verse. Jeremiah 31:3 The Lord appeared to us in the past, : : I have loved you with an everlasting love ; I have drawn you with loving kindness. I have built you up again and you will be rebuilt." It's only the God Most High that created you and called for his purpose on this earth, and then calls you back to himself. Stay Strong. Praying for you. 😊

I read both of them. I read Prilgrams Progress after dinner. We had 'kids time' after supper when the kids were growing up. I never regret the time that I stayed home with my kids before going back to work as an RN
