I think it's still too early to determine how strong he is. Lvl 80 and then T4 is gonna be a real game changer. Something similar happened with Sentry's uniform. He was decent at lvl 70, but lvl 80 and Tier-4 skyrocked him into oblivion

@@ralphjasoncruz3050 Depends on your account buddy. Mine was decent st lvl 70, but busted now that I have gotten 3% more pierce and Tier-4 'd him. So I know what I'm talking about😅😭

No it barley makes a dent doom has bad targeting on his counter skill which makes him near useless in PvP they really need to buff him or you’ll have to put a PvE build on him because he’s good at PvE
