Its time for some King of Dinosaurs combos for The King of Fighters XV! Honestly the majority of his stuff is fairly basic, he is a very large character with armour after all, and those kinda characters tend not to have the most complex routes as its more about breaking weaklings with your powerful attacks. That said though its still good for you to learn the combo routes he has so use this handy combo guide to help you out!

You had to know the big boy King of Dinosaurs was getting a combo guide sooner rather than later! Dino is the games "traditional" big boy archetype. Slow, has armour, command grabs, and his combo potential compared to some others isn't the highest honestly. That said though, you still gotta know your combos and this guide is full of all the practical combos you need to know to help stomp your enemies into extinction! As far as upcoming videos literally playing it by ear. I will cover the Dragon Ball Battle Hour if anything of note shows up(I heard lab coat 21 is making her debut there?), Lots of SF stuff this weekend and if anything of note up to and including SF6 I will cover. Make sure to tune into the streams as they are regular again, and tonights stream starting 7pm est I got KoF XV keys to give away for PS5! I don't always put up a video saying when im live because it messes with the YT algorithm so make sure to check the twitch schedule.

The second I saw this dude's trailer, I knew I was gonna be maining him. I love grapplers and goofy characters, so a massive dude dressed as a T-Rex whose Climax ends with a volcano bursting out of the ground for no reason had my name all over it. That armored grab goes really well against jumping attacks, I fought a Khronen that was spamming the jumping drill over and over and he ate like 5 of those. Some people never learn...

It's better if you trade in Clark for an all rounder or a zoner since I think your team would be fairly weak against zoners so it's good to have at least one chracter that can handle them.

also jump CD is the good old grappler jump, you can never go wrong if you spam that

Not quite the grappler jump, it doesn't cross up and you don't get combo opportunity from it unless it hits counterhit. That said though it is one massive ass hitbox that beats most everything

Another awesome use of the break property on Hammer is for setting up a mixup on hit. One thing I like to do for a light confirm is cancel into the light hammer on hit, then break the first hit. This leaves them standing and primed for a scarily tight strike throw mixup between EX Buster and Blowback.

He's my point character lol I gotta say. Playing this really made me realize how much easier Strive is. I love strive so it's not a knock against it. The contrast was just jarring. Strive had me feeling like I got used to the hitbox. KoF 15 woke me up 🤣

Back LP is also an EXTREMELY better tool than what it was in 14. It has a much Larger hit box so it is a great Long rang punish Tool and it Has Armor. A good easy way to punish Other long reaching normals or specials.

The movelist should list its brake, but I'll try to answer from memory: Ankylo Hammer has a brake point immediately after the first hit; input A + B (LP + LK if you prefer that notation) after the first swipe and it should stop the move early. If A + B doesn't work, it's some other button combination; I may have remembered incorrectly.

Honestly I just don't got the time to do it. That said though a big part of fighting games is simly diving into the pool and seeing how it feels. Its not a race to become the best right away and thats why there is forever people at all skill levels in all fighters.

@@xdmoath I have heard that PS, specially PS5, is having lag input issues. I also read, but not sure how reliable that was, that the Epic Store version was having BIG issues. However, yours is still the first comment that I read talking about bad netcode. Maybe what you are experience is the input delay? Maximilian Dood played in PS5 and Steam and said there was a noticiable difference between the versions.

@@joncliffmckinley5868 I'm getting used to the old Neo Geo CD joypad setup. AB bottom and CD top, as these buttons together are constantly used for evasion and blowback. I think it's better to get used to press two buttons at the same time than using extra binds, it just feels faster and less prone to hit wrong buttons during a combo. I have good Sanwa buttons so it's not an issue.

Doubtful, while I'm no official source of info I haven't heard anything about an English dub either. KoF 14 didn't have dubs so I honestly wouldn't hold my breath if that's what you're waiting for.
