I saw him play this song for free under an Atlanta interstate bypass. James Brown is hard to beat. He was a great dancer too, realizing that it takes little or not talent to shake your butt, but moving your feet was truly the art and talent of dance. I wish people made more songs like this now, and less hate and anti-American divisive music. Truly, JB was The Godfather of Soul!

The king of funk AND soul! Who could hear this song and not want to move! And to answer your question, Sceez, the very first Rocky movie was in 1976. This song was on the soundtrack of Rocky IV (1985). And yes, this scene was actually in the movie. Of course, I've always found it amusing that the guy who played Ivan Drago is actually from Sweden, not Russia. By all accounts, he's one of the nicest guys you could ever meet.

This video IS the movie. This is the opening scene for that fight in the movie. James Brown IS in the movie; this entire video IS part of the movie. Rocky 4, Ivan Drago, and I believe Ivan’s son fights Creed’s son in a Creed future movie.
