U will never get all of this in 3 years man. He didnt get it in 3 years. He started with like 12? Then got on stage slowly around 17. And when being around 19 or so he got famous. So its more like 7 years of hardcore dedication.

@@mohamedalkholy7068 Yeah but the variations arent really as big as some think. Regarding Calisthenics then "HEIGHT" is the biggest factor. People who are smaller are exposed to exponentially lower gravitation leverage when doing moves like Planche or Front Lever. Whereas people who are 10cm taller might need to learn those skills 1-2 years longer only due to the nature of physics. Well if you are for example 1.60-1.70 then sure you can get Full Planche, Front Lever, 1 Arm FL or 1 Arm Pull-Ups all of them within 2 years. But if you are above 1.80 as an example then it might take 4 years or longer. Which is pretty sad. Daniels Laizens being 1.85... Like I said I even checked today. He started Calisthenics with 12. No body knew about him until he was like 17-18. So that sums up in 5-6 years of constant training him achieving those tricks. If you are 1.60-1.70 maybe it could take 2-3 years. Who knows.

@@Anonimowany1 You know you're giving disinformation, he won world cup in 2015 when he was around 14, and he achieved most of static elements in 2 years. btw train hard for 3 years and decieve your fans than you can achieve this level, he hes prosthetic legs he has huge advantage even tho he is tall and heavy, just look at he's lean in planche it's so small.
