The Kings Guard Changing of the Guard ! People are RUDE!

While we were in London, we happened to catch the changing of the Kings Guard on Horse Guards Parade. Two mounted sentries guard the entrance to Horse Guards on Whitehall from 10AM till 4PM and are change every hour. While there is great opportunities for pictures near the guards, there are always THOSE people (you know the ones ) who are very disrespectful.

It's not Horse Guard's palace. Horse Guards is a military building consisting of offices, barracks and stables.

I wish tourists visiting London would be more respectful and mindful of the rules when they’re at Buckingham Palace.

Yes they are real military they rotate between ceremonial duties and active combat duties

Correction. It's HYDE PARK, NOT Hydes Park. Also, It's HORSE GUARDS PARADE, NOT HORSE Guards Palace! Learn the correct names.

There should be a plain clothed policeman/women in the crowds so when the ignorant public laugh or insult our troops, they can be dealt with.
