The Kramer family, living near Chicago, had been in a bitter dispute with Johnny Borizov. However, after a terrible home invasion, Johnny Borizov had a strong alibi. If not him, who? Maybe, a very naive youth he could manipulate...

I suppose she was taking care of the baby while he was at the casino all night forming his alibi too. That’s how much he REALLY cared about having custody. All for spite. He's in prison. But, if he didn't do what he did, he'd be dead. "There's no honor among thieves". Gangbangers, Cartel, etc....have no 'friends'. They have people in their lives for a purpose. Once someone serves no purpose, they have no worth. If someone creates a potential problem, the problem will be eliminated....from all angles: related women and children are not exempt. I am mortified e someone could orchestrate such a disgusting act in order to gain custody of a child. What ? She doesn’t say embarrassed nor imply or infer anything to do with embarrassment.. My ex lied to police and they removed me from the house two weeks after I told him to leave and then he abandoned his three stepchildren ( my three children) yet takes our 11 mth old breastfeeding baby boy. He manipulated the police and then the hospital and fled interstate. He’s Egyptian and he’s the first and only son and he’s sister has 6 daughters so I was literally used as a child bearer and then he wanted to move in with his parents and raise our son . Which is very custom in Egypt. Recently he’s made more false accusations against me and I’ve not seen my son for 6 months only allowed FaceTime weekly with my now 8 year old . His lawyer offered me supervised visits in a visit centre and I would have to drive 2.5 hrs and pay $70 .. but I’m not a criminal so I’m waiting for the judge to give me custody . The father has alienated myself and my entire family and my father passed away without ever meeting him… why use a child against someone else???? They aren’t human … They don’t know how to feel real emotions….

Look at it from his family's pov. They could have been exposed to basically nothing except court testimony and maybe the recorded threats in jail. In his family's eyes, he's just their grand/son/nephew who got accused of a murder with an alibi and threatened the man whose words had put him there. They knew he wasn't in a gang, so to them these weren't attempts to get Jacob to shut up and stop talking or his family would die, but rather weightless threats thrown from a man staring down a needle injection. I try to be sympathetic to family members that weren't directly involved in committing or covering up the crime. It's hard to accept that someone you love is a monster

A year and a half later his older brother who was on heroin and meth for years got caught stealing from his life long friend and was found the next day on the side of the road. It’s so sad when someone else brings danger to their family. Not saying it’s the daughter’s fault but when you involve yourself with deeply troubled people, you bring it to those around you too and many times they are the ones to suffer. I know this from experience. Be very cautious who you invite into you and your family’s life and be careful who you chose to have kids with.

Johnny clearly was such a devoted father that he arranged for his son’s mother and her whole family to be killed while out at a casino making an alibi while his infant son was at his home being looked after by someone else (probably J’s delusional mother). Another example of a whacko angry person who wants custody in order to punish an ex *not* because he/she loves the child. Jacob’s attitude in court revealed a lot about his character, too; I’m sure he wasn’t too regretful about killing his ex-friend, Michael, or his parents. He wouldn’t have done it on his own, but I don’t think it was that hard to convince him to kill them. Glad they’re in jail and I hope they are there until they’re old men too sick and weak to hurt another person. I hope Angela and Anthony have been able to find some peace as they’ve gone on with life.

A mother planned to murder her daughter, laid out an alibi, drove her daughter to a remote location and strangled her while face to face with her while she begged for her life. There is many videos of the mother (murderer) on the news crying and pleading for her daughter to come home. I'm from Chicago and in 2012 I had to go to the suburbs for work for a day. I was arrested for a possession. I ended up in the same cell block as Jake dupage county jail. The inmates I I chilled with talked about what a pussy he is and how he won't make it in prison. He gained like 100 pounds from the time of his arrest. He was Very timid. I remember stacks and stacks of magazines and commissary in his cell. One day he was on the phones crying to his grandmother like literally crying his version of events that he doesn't remember anything until the police were chasing him and how he was going to shoot himself when he got pulled over. He was a heroin addict and was given dope to kill everyone in that house so that the other guy could get custody. Idiots.
