Narrated by Dennis Waterman. This is the story of Frank Mitchell a man well known in the British prison system in the 1950s and 1960s. Mitchell from East London spent the majority of his adult life behind bars in many different prisons up and down the land. Frank managed to escape on quite a few occasions through the years, and on his final escape from Dartmoor his aim was for it to be a protest escape in order to hopefully finally get a release date which hadn't been given to him upon sentencing, or since being sentenced. So the Krays arranged for this escape to help Frank Mitchell to highlight his injustice to the wider public, but the plan came to a horrible conclusion.
