The salt in the water is actually needed. It isn’t added right after I think, but it’s the reason why you can drink it. There is water without it, but this one is not consumable for humans. You need salt for your body for stuff like stomach acid and sweat. But yeah it does sound weird adding something which makes you thirsty. But water with to much salt is not good for humans so we have the right amount. This video was really entertaining and I just noticed on how some companies put to many ice cubes into the drinks.
