Jaehyun gives me such nostalgic early 2000s boy group vibes, too. I couldn't be more thankful for this. Thank you for getting this the way I get!

You were literally one amongst a few reactors I wanted to see to react to this. I got hooked on NCT 127 when I first heard Favorite (Vampire). This debut rocked and checked all marks for me. I've grown up heavily R&B influenced and they made my heart happy. I also got their mini album and highly suggest listening to it as well. I'm happy to hear you're taking a break for your own well being, and glad NCT DOJAEJUNG helped out a bit. Keep getting better PD and great reaction!

They shot this mv in Bangkok’s studios and it was just filmed in March with a span of like approximately 3 days. Most of the shooting crew are Thais as what I’ve seen on the name list. They and DJJ are soooo good. This album is just AOTY and the title itself is already my SOTY. Their debut song is already so strong, can’t wait for the comeback.

I appreciate your honesty about your condition, I mean I’ve been there, and listening to NCT 127 songs really cheer me up in a funny way, it’s not like I’m healed completely or drastically, but their songs and their contents really made my day, and as Jungwoo biased fan, NCT Dojaejung really gave me a lot of reason to smiles and I just happy seeing the three of them together and making this greatness album and songs SM did a really great job with this trio debut, from their concept, their songs, they really are the embodiment of Doyoung Jaehyun and Jungwoo

They filmed the mv in thailand ! And I 100% agree with you omg this debut has it all. Everyone was expecting a more grounded classical rnb song in the same vein as their pre-release "can we go back" but i love how thry chose to take a different route. Yes it's sexy but it's also super playful. You explained the "criminal" aspect of the mv really well ! The mugshot background has milliiters intstead of centimeters so they're embodying the perfumes they represent and saying they're basically dangerous and intoxicating lol okay aphrodisiac! Also Jungwoo's "fresh" image gives the concept so much personality. The mv feels so satisfying because of how diverse and complementary every set is, and how well they made them match to each member's vibe (doyoung is sophisticated and alluring, jaehyun is dashing and smouldering, jungwoo is youthful and cheeky). I'm also especially thankful to those water scenes at the end bc they really felt like the perfect little addition. It's not a sexy concept if they don't end up drenched one way or another. Also something i noticed is the subtle emphasis on the decor if that makes sense? Like the house they filmed in was super tastefully furnished and decorated, they made the street look like a cute french town, the flowers like you mentioned, and even in other performance videos there's an emphasis on design, furniture and decor (the ordinary live clip, kiss performance etc.) and i love that? It's exactly what you said, it gives the concept even more of an elegant, editorial vibe. The whole EP is super cohesive like they're mixing elements of interior design, the fragrance world and haute couture very purposefully and integrating them at the forefront of the concept, the attention to detail is crazy. And it also allows them to interact with objects in a really fun way during performance, i love that. It feels curated, luxurious and complex. And it really reflects on the art of perfume making when you think about it. It feels like art basically. That's why i think it had such an impact on us and touched our soul even while going through difficult times. It's a great reminder that there is beauty to be witnessed and fun to be had and love to be experienced. Whoever was in charge of the visual direction was spot on with this debut. I wonder how they'll manage to top Perfume lol

this unit is truly a breath of fresh air, not only for us listeners but for them as well. they are having so much fun with these promotions, and the songs are insanely good (seriously I cannot stop listening to the mini album) There is so much attention to detail in both productions and performances but they are showing it in the most effortless way. so so good, dojaejung saved 2023.

My wig was truly snatched with this, I also expected a ballad-y type of vibe, and then they slapped us with that. Doyoung truly is sexy without needing to be ~overtly sexy; he's never really been a 'thirst trap' member of NCT but his charisma and magnetism and gaze is always alluring and intoxicating. It's a mature and understated sexiness. They're upping the sexiness for him (and JaeJung) in this but still...he's like that quiet kind of confident. What a man. Sigh... lol
