Kickers are notoriously hard to gauge. I remember UCLA having the best kicker, his name was Lee, and he was a bust in the NFL. That being said, I have high hopes for this dude, can't be worse than what we had

UCLA was killing it in the NFL besides that I don’t think this guy‘s gonna be doing much kicking with the offense that the Rams are gonna have people are sleeping on the huge tight end ends we have and how vital they will be be. Overall, pretty good analysis, but Ernest Jones is a top 8, probably top 5 ILB. They run mostly nickel sets so ILB2 is far less concerning. Safety room looks good, CB is by far the most concerning. If they can stay healthy it’ll be fine, but that’s the main concern

He is, Ive been saying it from the day he retired. It's in his words. he said that he can't see himself going thru another training camp and a 17 game season. What I heard is he aint doing training camp, and he will likely rejoin the team in week 8 or 9. I do believe this will happen. but lets be real, IF he comes back, it will be for a playoff run this season and this season only

The Rams began clicking last year after they started running the ball more. Once Kyren Williams went down, they were struggling, after the bye, Williams was back and they went on a tear, beat Cleveland and nearly pulling out a win in Baltimore. They won out to make the playoffs. We all saw the game in Detroit, it was a mugging. Stafford was on, having a great game even though he was injured during the game. Once Kyren Williams was hurt, they were limping. That point is to make THIS point, the Rams found their formula and it's also why they drafted Corum, who is more durable. They made improvements to the O-Line, which is now one of the biggest in the NFL and I feel like they're going to be pretty good defensively. I'm high on Fiske and I feel like him and Verse are going to do some real damage. Kobie Turner was great last year and I think the Rams are going to be MORE than a load to deal with. I predict that Stafford gets his 2nd ring this year. They're young enough, talented enough and coached well enough to close the gap this year.

Earnest jones is one of the best Ilb in the league 145 tackles 5 sacks last year. Now the other lbs are not good. Darius Williams was one of the best corners in the league last year check stats and was with Rams before and has a Superbowl ring. Can Curl is a beast. Ravens had best defense last year and we ripped them apart. Our defense just needs to be able to stop on 3rd down that was our issue if we do that this year it’s Super Bowl.

@@nfcwestbest9974 There have been tremors and rumors of the Rams scoping LB talent on other teams. My BET is that, if it's going to happen, it's going to happen BEFORE the season or, look for them to see who gets released that they can scoop up and give a second chance. Jones is indeed a REAL asset, very impressed but he's on an island back there. As meaty as the front is going to be this year, I'd like to see them convert to lighter LB's who can exploit gaps but also drop into coverage. Jones is so versatile and smart, he's a great example. There are two spots the Rams want to address before the season or before the trade deadline, TE and LB.

Great comprehensive take! Agree with most everything you said with the exception maybe of how strong the Niners will be. Have some doubts about them. But wouldn't exactly bet against them either, but think the Rams can beat them. :) And also Ernest Jones is maybe better than you're giving him credit for. Also someone in the comments mentioned the Rams now have Josh Karty, who was rated the best incoming kicker. So that's really big too. Subscribed.

I believe that, barring injuries, the floor for the Rams is 10 wins. I think that they're likely to win 12 games, but if they're in the hunt for the number 1 seed, I can see them winning 13 or 14 games.

I watched that lions game in person, I spent about $600 for my ticket, no regrets, what a fun game! But yeah, it’s only up from here. AD was getting burned out. Drafting the two FSU dudes to compliment Turner and Young is a godsend

I think there will be some growing pains the first part of the season. Young Defense with a first year DC. Hopefully we can have a late season surge to make the playoffs again. I do not see The Rams winning the division and probably will have close to the same season record as last year. I see the 2025 season as the best window for a Superbowl run.
