What do you mean by "give priority to non-motorized transport options". Are we talking about bicycles? Because that would be fantastic. Making riding bicycles safe means that children and poor people can also use the road. Especially if they're allowed to take the bikes on the train. Battery powered e-bikes are safer, healthier than cheaper than motorcycles and cars. And cycling infrastructure is good for disabled people as well. We can't be spending so much public money maintaining roads just for rich people with cars.
