Hi there! There is the option of adding footage to the length of this home, to create larger rooms and closets. We also have so many more floor plans to choose from! There is also a similar version of this plan 28x61'4'', 1529sq ft.

Hi! This model is a double wide, it has impact drywall, which covers everything you see when you walk in and the master bedroom. It can be ordered with a finished drywall package. If ordered as a modular, it will automatically come with finished walls.

Hi! A TV can be put on the wall where the small cabinet is with the flower picture above it. There is plenty of space to mount to the wall or put on a stand.
