Praying for you brother. I have dealt with many addictions in my life so far. Keep talking to God, even multiple times a day. He forgives those who repent with a heart of remorse. We all fall short of God's glory and commands. We are saved by His grace through our faith. Not by our works. (Ephesians 2:8-9). Salvation is a gift from Him, because none of us are sinless.

Please accept these words in faith and do not take it wrong. I went through the the same things, and had to examine myself and at all the things God has done through His eyes and not my own. The bible tells us that if we still had some form of sin in our lives that it separates us from God. I searched the bible to see where I was lacking or living in a manner not pleasing to the Lord. I searched for what God's will was and asked that He make my will be aligned with His will. Were my prayers amiss? As in John 4:3 said. God gives us what we need, not what we want. He is doing everything to save our souls no matter what it takes or what we need to go through. Was I looking at the hardships the correct way? Was I seeing that the trials of fire were purifying and strengthening me? Was my faith being tested to show me if my faith was true or just going through the motions? Was I giving God praise and giving thanks for everything, including the hardships? If we give up, then we are like the parable of the sower, the seed that fell on shallow ground, or thorny ground...that when things got hard that we gave up. We want to be the seed that fell on good soil, so that we become rooted in Christ no matter what we face that we know He will see us through it and come out stronger. Another thing I had to ask was was I feeding my spirit every day on God's word, and applying His word to everything I do? The Lord showed me that I needed improvement, and How much I needed His strength and help. After surrendering myself completely to Him, giving Him thanks, and praying according to His will I saw a big difference in my life and in me. Please do not give up, and hold onto your faith. Keep your focus on heaven, for where your treasure is your heart will be also.

The good thing about this situation is that as a born again saved child of God, we won't be here to have to reject the mark or be beheaded! Unless we "believe" that we are saved but aren't, we are going to be raptured up any moment. Truly, I say to you, he will dress himself for service and have them recline at table, and he will come and serve them. 1 Thessalonians 4:16-17 ESV (Did Paul not just say, "WE WHO ARE ALIVE?" Who is WE? If he said it, it MUST mean that he was expecting to be caught up with everyone else) For the Lord himself will descend from heaven with a cry of command, with the voice of an archangel, and with the sound of the trumpet of God. And the dead in Christ will rise first. Then we who are alive, who are left, will be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air, and so we will always be with the Lord Luke 21:28 ESV Now when these things begin to take place, straighten up and raise your heads, because your redemption is drawing near.” These are just a few scriptures. I hope this helps to provide you and others with a little peace, as it was meant to do for us, by God! We are to comfort one another with His words...not scare the cotton balls out of each other! The rapture is called the Blessed Hope for a reason! Because we have been watching and looking for the Lord's return since the apostles and first church members were here! So, I will not allow satan to steal, kill, or destroy my blessed hope. And I stand here looking for my Lord's appearing, not the appearing of the antichrist. Bless you all.

Imagine that kind of trouble. I cry 😢. Worldwide. Everyone will be affected. Christ knew and warned us.

If you go back and read Matt. 24 you will see that Jesus was talking to the church in Jerusalem not "America" "you who are in JUDEA; pray that your flight may not be on the Sabbath, the "Sabbath' is Old Test. and ONLY for the Jews( Deut. 5:1-5) v14" and this gospel will be preached to every creature under heaven and the end will come" Col. 1:23 " if indeed you continue in the faith, grounded and steadfast, and are not moved away from the hope of the gospel which you heard, which was preached to every creature under heaven, of which I, Paul, became a minister." This prophecy was fulfilled and in Matt. 24:21 validates this history. So what is being taught today is not what JESUS said. So concerning the last day and the day of judgement "The day and the hour no man knows" ( except these many false teachers) We don't know when and there are no signs as we are to be ready at any moment. Just look at how many false people had predicted the "end of time" and are ALWAYS WRONG.

Amen. Thank you Jesus for giving us a passion for our family members. To resist the temptation to speak words that might hurt or lead them astray while bearing witness to your truth. Please give Lizzie the strength she needs father.
