I bought The Chicago Transit Authority in high school. That album was a revelation. That time, the late 60's was so amazing in rock. So much new stuff, from CSN, CSNY, Laura Nyro, the Band, Poco, Blood, Sweat, and Tears, and Chicago, Randy Newman, Van Dyke Parks, Harry Nilson, just to mention those that come to mind first. I'm glad to have had that be part of my musical awakening. I can't wait to see this.

Just watched this on Spectrum On Demand, and was blown away. Incredible resiliency by a remarkable band. Loved it, and love Chicago!

Just saw them this past Tuesday (Sept 19) in San Antonio. I'm still basking in the glow of their performance. They went 1/2 hout longer then scheduled. Fantastic sound and stage presence. I, too, remember the CTA from my home town of Chicago and it was rejuvinating to hear them live. A great show.

The 'old' men and their political musical works. Unforgettable "Does anybody really know what time it is?" With the important interim remarks of the singer "... the cut old Germans ... have to cry ... have to die ... huuu, Entschuldigung". A song which supports the '68 movement in Germany. Or "A Song for Richard and His Friends". Please keep it in mind, up to date: "_Mother_" ❣❣❣. _Best regards from Germany_. Even when I'm almost 70, I like 'my' CHICAGO LPs from the 70s. Especially the LP album "Chicago, Carnegie Hall, NY". Many thanks for this many, good, lively, but also politically critical music! Die 'alt' gewordenen Männer und ihre politischen Musikwerke. Unvergeßlich "Does anybody really know what time it is?" Mit den wichtigen Zwischenbemerkungen des Sängers "... the cut old germans ... have to cry ... have to die ... huuu, Entschuldigung". Pandemic fools believers forced our faces into a mud of lies. The worst is that no "experts" managed but fellow citizens and family members. Thanks, Chicago band people, to have held agnist it. In future history books you will have no positive mention. Yet, you were right. I love your music. Dearest Ute

Bro, get over it. And they did explain....37 times. He wasn't cutting it. Forget about the studio cuts. He wasn't cutting it during live shows. Not because he wasn't great at one time. But because he stopped practicing and stopped focusing on his craft. That's their explanation. Now, if you don't like the explanation, that doesn't make it any less of the official explanation. Now you know. So now you can watch the doc. You're welcome.
