well, it's a bit complicate thing... Luke always thought that there's the force and the force abilities, and depending of how you use them you stay in the dark side or in the light side of the force. Some force abilities are more easy to do if you fall to the dark side, like the force choking. Like a normal action, if you do it with anger or in rage it's easier to do it, but it's less controllable. So luke during his prime could use a force ability that only some sith could use (the manipulation of the form of a light saber) but remining in the light side, using it with no anger. if you see the luke's part in the mandalorian he destroy a droid with the force. That's a sith ability that luke use, but without anger as you can see in the series. So a jedi can't use it because it is dangerous for him, but he has the abilities to do it p.s. Luke in fact choke the guard out of anger because he wasn't at his prime, but he didn't fall into the dark side

I’m not a fan of the sequels but I absolutely love the cast! They all seem like fun, genuine people to be around. I hated how some of the actors got hate because of people’s opinion on the character. I wish them all the best!

i can't believe i'm back to this video after so long!! not only did daisy's comment about how every character doesn't have to tie back to an already existing character age *so* poorly, but i forgot how much i love john and kelly's energy during this interview. their characters definitely deserved more- rose/kelly being unreasonably hated for just existing, john/finn being completely cast to the side after being advertised as a major player. with everything that john's said about disney i'm so thrilled to see him moving onto other projects and detaching himself!! john and kelly have incredible chemistry and i found myself smiling alongside nearly everything they said. i absolutely love them and they deserve so much more

Didn't he botch the "Do Jedi live longer" question and make up for it on the backend? I thought force weilders could live longer as long as they were in sync with the force. I know that Dark Jedi and Sith most certainly have extended lifespans (as long as they're powerful enough). As it's generally accepted in the SWU that seeking out immortality is bad thing - everything has a cycle, end and beginning, so on an so forth.

Isn't the force in the Midichlorians tho...? Isn't that why Obi-Wan and Qui-Gon knew Anakin would be powerful? Because Qui-Gon sent the sample to Obi-Wan on Tatooine in Episode 1 and Obi-Wan said Anakin's Midichlorian count was even higher than Yoda's?

@@joshyg2451 yeah, well midiclorians are in all living things,but in some there are way more. Midiclorians are only one's connection to the force, but they're not the force itself. I think Jar Jar Binks's species had around 2500 in their bodies, but jedi have over 25000. So yeah, not everyone can use the force
