I love this song! I first heard it while watching The Originals season one when episode 18 first came out and I had to look up the song, and have been a fan of Agnes Obel ever since. Your cover is absolutely beautiful! 🥰

We should start a petition for Disney to get Rachel to play in the next Snow White movie. She has the musical talent for the songs and she certainly has the beauty as well. 😏 Not only that, but it's the same KIND of beauty you'd expect from Snow White, with the pale skin and dark hair.

I don't think I have ever heard a more beautiful voice. Every once in a while a singer comes along whose vocals can touch your soul, not simply your heart. This is that sort of voice.

This is one of the rather rare cases, where the cover fits more to my taste than the original song. I really love that you perform it a tad slower than Agnes, which gives her poethic words a calmer, warm and special touch. I could listen to your version all day long.

I know you usually cover more contemporary songs, but I would love to hear your take on some older stuff. Your version of "Scarborough Fair" was so good, there's a lot of songs from that era that would work very well with your style and voice.
