It is an open crew and anyone is welcome as long as they are fun and chill. I heard rumors about upcoming police outfits but, unfortunately, the one I am wearing is glitched onto me from a Rocstar created mission that no longer exists (at least not on Xbox). Other people have informed me that there are other methods but I have not been able to confirm any other methods so far.
