Its sad when you rewatch the pilot there are so many eggs but they all got killed, their deaths hit harder after the finale😢

Not sure if they're really dead in particular since demons hurting themselves by other demons isn't technically killing them and can only be killed by an overlord, any high level demon such as Lucifer or an exorcist wiping them out of existence altogether. Sir Pentious got injured many times by Alastor but he's alive after that. (not sure if Alastor was holding back in killing Sir Pentious) So it's most likely the egg bois regenerate and can only be killed off completely by an exorcist.
