The Lawsuit Against GMU Over Refusal to Recognize Prof.’s Naturally-Acquired Covid Immunity
George Mason University (GMU) is threatening employees with disciplinary action that includes “unpaid leave or possible loss of employment” if they don’t comply with the public university’s vaccine mandate.
NCLA filed a complaint in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia on behalf of Antonin Scalia Law School Professor Todd Zywicki against GMU’s unconstitutional reopening policy for the Fall 2021 semester. The policy requires all unvaccinated faculty and staff members, including those who can demonstrate natural immunity through recovery from a prior Covid-19 infection, to not only disclose their vaccination status as “a prerequisite for eligibility for any merit pay increases,” but also be forced into choosing between their health and personal autonomy and suffering serious detriment to their professional careers.

Thank you and thank the professor for undertaking this lawsuit. There are many people that are in his position that want to be heard, but don't have the money needed to be heard in court. My wife and I contracted covid as well before we could get vaccinated. My wife decided to get the Pfizer vaccine anyway as that is what people are being told, and she had a bad reaction for a couple days. This made me look further and come to the same conclusion as the professor and his experts. I wish you luck in this battle and will be watching.

Pretty sure this whole thing has already happened in Germany several decades back. ....why are we repeating it? There's no way this won't end in terrible conflict.

I am in Stockton CA at Delta Community College and the very same thing is what I am dealing with and it’s incredible and excruciating.

How many antibodies do you get with vaccination? Where can we find that info? I consulted with a Dr a few hours ago and he couldn't answer that either.... Where is that information?

The case was withdrawn. Was there a settlement or did the FDA approval of the Pfizer vaccine impact the case. Thank you.

@@FullerNeely Sorry for not providing the complete information. Pacer is a legal platform for lawyers fo Federal case filings. All case filings are filed using that platform. I don’t believe it is available to the general public. If you give me your email I will forward you the document. But I’m still waiting for a reply to my inquiry. It may be the situation can’t be discussed in public if there’s a settlement.

SOME UN ANSERD QUESTIONS WHAT THE Lawsuit SHULD BE LOOKING AT FOR THE COVID FLUE. 1. has sars-cove2 been isolated purified & visualized ? 2. has all variants like B1617 been isolated purified & visualized ? 3. are Polymerase Chain Reaction test being used properly with the understanding they mean nothing without symptoms are variants just different gene sequence SECTIONS that are selected as the "reading panes" which are then used to calibrate the PCR test? 4. are PCR test cycle thresholds under 35, if grater do understand the test is irrelevant because it does not look for sars-cove2 only marker proteins believed to be related with sars-cov2?
