Part 1: • The Lead Attorney on H...
--------
In this clip, The Lead Attorney weighed in on the Taxstone case and why he wasn’t surprised by the verdict. He explained why certain elements of the case were ultimately left out and how this ultimately benefitted Taxstone in avoiding a murder charge. However, Vlad pointed out how this case would’ve been totally different had the incident taken place in Florida where residents are protected by “stand your ground” laws that could’ve absolved Taxstone of any wrongdoing.

People with guns mind they business every day B. They do it in other states all the time it’s just you city boys that think you can attack anyone anywhere and don’t think they might have it on them. Troy even said on the stand that he greenlit Banga to snuff Tax. Having words is one thing but putting your hands on someone makes you the aggressor.

“The lead attorney” isn’t a very good lawyer lmfao just because someone is certified as an “expert” doesn’t mean their always right. Doctors misdiagnose people every day or let things go undetected. So someone being an “expert” because of a degree doesn’t mean they aren’t an idiot or know everything or make mistakes. Y’all must just bow down to mf’s an never question people even if what their saying doesn’t sound right.

This is yet another pathetic attempt on the part of Vlad to hate on Troy Ave., (aka, a strong and independent black man.) Funny, while I do not like Terry Cruz, neither does Vlad? So Vlad goes out and hires a polite attorney, whom he can over talk and edit, to further demonstrate his penis envy of Troy Ave. In all of his protestations, Vlad fails to mention that Tax A.) Made over 750 negative posts attacking Troy Ave. B.) Tax brought the gun that killed and wounded people that night. C.) Taxstone's lawyer wrote a letter to the judge and Taxstone also accused Troy Ave., of shooting himself and of killing his friend, Banga. Taxstone ratted on Troy Ave, while Troy was sitting in jail. D.) The FBI found Taxstone's DNA and prints on the clip of the gun. E.) Taxstone was caught on tape witness tampering. Not to mention pimping out his own sister. F.) Casanova was caught on tape implicating Taxstone in the crime of firing the gun. Vlad, if you are going to pretend to be an impartial journalist, at least present the facts. Troy Ave is winning, a lot like 50 Cent. 50 Cent was also accused of ratting, which was bull 'ish. Now look at him. Troy has that talent and swagger. Let's hope that he doesn't get hurt. Troy Ave should have shown more respect for Banga's Mother. No doubt! Other than that, Troy is solid. As for Vlad, if you insist on minding black folks business, at least try to get your facts in order.

@@bowbow1995 okay so if I seen you in person after you made 700 tweets about me and I tried to jump you over it and you defended yourself however you had to and you fucked us up, would you be in the wrong for that? And if I were to play victim and act like I did nothing wrong it was all you and I said look he’s tweeted about me hundreds of times we seen each other and he attacked me, killed my friend and shot me. That’s fair? That’s something a real nigga would do? That makes me a stand up individual? I don’t think so, I think that would make me a pussy who can’t handle the consequences of the situations I put myself into. Because I thought I was gonna he able to jump you over tweets and it didn’t go my way now I’m playing innocent angel victim now, now you’re gonna get charged with a body and assault on me n shit like that all because you defended yourself from being jumped? That’s wack to me. Now I understand that NY has no self defense anymore so both of them should be charged and convicted for their roles in this even though Taxstone was just defending himself he still illegally brought an illegal firearm into the club, and killed someone, & shot someone else and Troy Ave also shot a gun in that club right on camera which he also hit innocent bystanders over an altercation he caused to begin with. So in the eyes of the law he should be charged bc he started the shit to begin with no matter what it was over that’s not worth innocent people dying and being injured bc of this dudes anger over tweets. Now from the street aspect how does a self proclaimed gangster get bullied over twitter? I’ve never heard of that in my life that’s some shit for nerds to get cyber bullied. Now aight word he ran down on Tax on some street shit over tax talking shit on the internet cool that’s real shit but what happened after that isn’t, niggas gon play victim and act like an innocent angel bc shit ain’t go as planned? So now that shit turned around n smacked Troy in the face n he can’t handle the consequences of what happens when you beef with street niggas he’s gon tell? But he was just callin everybody else rats n pussy for not being able to handle the same kinda shit. Why tf he entitled to be a rat n a pussy but get all the excuses in the world for why he’s allowed to do that but nobody else can? That’s corny to me. Don’t get involved or engage in shit you can’t handle. Simple as that. If I can’t handle getting tackled and shit like that why would I signup to play football? That’d make me an idiot. So if I can’t handle the consequences of being a street nigga whether it’s jail, or being shot, stabbed, my homies or family gettin killed, etc... why would I signup for the streets when I know what happens in the streets and I call other people out for not being able to handle those same consequences I can’t handle? Why would I do that? Wouldn’t that make me a retard? I sure as hell think so. So why tf Troy Ave doin shit he can’t handle n complaining when shit don’t go his way? Be a man gtfo that lifestyle and stop engaging in it completely and niggas won’t have nothing to say no more.

@@will-zj5gq That's a nonsensical approach to discourse. And in fact, given Vlad's argument, you can see he has a point. TLA kept quiet when Vlad explained. You know why? Because what Vlad was saying, made sense. However, TLA missed an opportunity to state that Taxstone was likely convicted because he used a lethal weapon in the face of non lethal force. There are laws regarding that in most states. If someone is not presenting a lethal threat, you cannot by law, use a lethal weapon as a device to threaten or attack. Some states don't care, but others do. I reckon New York is one of them.

Thank you Lead Attorney! I understand Vlad frustrations with this case but you can’t bring up the point of what the body guard did in the past bc that will not be used in the case. Now if we were in a different state and banga started beating up Taxstone and during the fight he pulled a gun to protect himself that’s a whole different situation.
