The meal Nadia prepared looks delicious. Preparing a chicken flat like that is called spatchcocking. I have cooked chicken that way on a grill, but have never fried one. I have a question, what are the round red things Nadia put in the rice dish? I have never used cinnamon sticks in rice. That is interesting. Ukraine is a beautiful country. Mi è piaciuta tantissimo questa tua ricetta dai sapori di montagna immagino che buon profumo ci sarà nella tua cucina .....complimenti è molto antica chissà se potesse quante belle storie ci racconterebbe ....,di famigliari riuniti per pranzo o cena e magari per festeggiare il S'Natale ,compleanni ect....un tempo ricordo si parlava della scuola ,del lavoro dei nostri genitori ..mentre i nonni raccontavano fiabe ai nipotini .....ora abbiamo tutti i nostri bei cellulari in mano e c'è un grande silenzio...complimenti sia per la ricotta che per le riprese esterne !! Привіт Надя! Привіт з Баварії / Німеччини. Це дуже гарна місцевість у вашому краї в Карпатах. Старий сільський будинок такий затишний, що відчуваєш себе добре. Ваш курячий рецепт справді чудовий, він розпалює мій апетит. У мене немає дров’яної плити, але я думаю, що вона також працюватиме в електричній духовці або на вугільному грилі, якщо закрити кришку.
