As Christians we should live a righteous life as Jesus did simply because WE are his followers to give good testimony. Romans 13:13 says ¨Let us behave decently, as in the daytime ...¨ If you are a Christian that doesnt mean you cant talk to those who are not because you are going to go back, No, talk to those who dont know the Lord and tell them how Good and Merciful he has been in your life how he loves Us and especially, that JESUS IS THE LORD and the only one who can redeem our poor souls from an eternal life in hell and escape the wrath to come, but live better in heavens with Him eternally. Again Jesus spoke to them, saying, “I am the light of the world. Whoever follows me will not walk in darkness, but will have the light of life.” John 8:12 My Pondering: Yes, indeed Jesus proclaimed and His Father backed His Son. Please allow me to pose a few questions to you. Do you think the fact that we only have one sun in this world is coincidence?Is it a sufficient light? Can we hide from the light?Is there a time of darkness in spite of the great light?The is one moon, one devil. Satan has not power like the Son. Only the Son is the source of light. The moon is deceptive, constantly changing. What happens to darkness when light comes?So then, which is greater?Do you 'know' that God proclaimed He has one Son?In your heart of hearts, have you said, yes? No, everything God has created has a purpose within. Just as there is a silver lining behind every dark cloud. Its there. Its perspective, prayer and persistence that will reveal it. Yes, His light, that of the world, is sufficient. Yes, we can remain in darkness and ignore His call. Yes, every person must decide for him/her self. Yes, darkness flees from light. Yes, Lord Jesus. Yes, you are the visible manifestation of the one true God. We can gleam from this passage that there is just one light. Jesus did not say He was one of many lights. He is the one Son. Not one of many. The light is for all to see. Seeing alone is not sufficient. He tells us we must follow. Whoever sees and follows has the light of life. John 3:16 is good news indeed. But just 3 verses past in 19 we read, "And this is the verdict: The Light has come into the world, but men loved darkness more than light, because their deeds were evil." For if Jesus has not come after us, due to original sin from Genesis, we would all be hopeless and in the dark. This is why Jesus is called the 2nd Adam. He is the fix for the 1st. The patch! The light is sufficient but the night is coming. The Word says, in John 12:35-36, "So Jesus told them, "For a little while longer, the Light will be among you. Walk while you have the Light, so that darkness will not overtake you. The one who walks in the darkness does not know where he is going. While you have the Light, believe in the Light, so that you may become sons of light." After Jesus had spoken these things, He went away and hid Himself from them." Setting still isn't an viable option. We must walk by the light while we have it. In order to be children of God, sons of light, we MUST find the faith to believe. Be still and hear; focus and see. If Jesus is God then why he said in gospel of mark chapter 13 verse 32 "and for the day or the hour, nobody knows when it will come. Not even the son nor the angels but only the father". Now if Jesus is God then why he said that he doesn't know the hour? God is all knowing. So Jesus should have known this if he was God. And it is clearly mentioned in book of acts chapter 2 verse 22 "ye men of Israel listen to this. Jesus of Nazareth a man approved of God amongst to you by wonders and miracles and signs which God did by him and you are witness to it".
