This is the most nostalgic thing in my life probably: i played this in my Pappou’s office when I was little. This brings back the sounds and even the smell and feel of that room as it was then

I loved this game as a kid, and I LOLed at all the little animation mishaps, like Sarabi's chest rising above her head (pg. 1), Simba's arm (transition from pgs. 10 to 11), and Scar's face when he speaks.

+Kathryn Boyd Glad you enjoyed it! It was great to play these games again. The Lion King was the first in Disney's Animated Storybook series, so alot of progress could still be made as seen in the later editions! Nevertheless an amazing game with those drawn animations :D

You're no match for his Royalness! Scar: Well as far as brains go I got the Lion's share but when it comes to brute strength I'm afraid my big brother will always rule. Mufasa: Not always Scar. One day it will be my son who rules Simba will be your King. Scar: Then long live the King. *slinks off into the path* Mufasa: *sighs* What am I going to do with him Zazu? Zasu the Hornbill: Oh come on Sire we all know he should be expelled from the Pridelands long ago. Mufasa: He's my brother Zazu this is his home, As long I am King that would never change! kind of spooky yet also cool how Scar breaks the 4th wall and kind of looks right at you when he says until the little hairball was born! spooky yet cool at the same time and this is cool I just looked at the cast on Imdb and the late great James Avery aka fresh prince's uncle Phil voiced Scar and sounds just like Jeremy Irons!! plus I can hardly wait for the 2019 version!!

I first owned played this game, at the age of 5, back when my whole family lived in Midland, Texas for 3 years from 1994 to 1997. The same age I first owned and played Dinosaur Safari.

I also remember that my older sister 👭 and I used to play this game 🎮 and we also used to the other four Disney animated storybooks which is Winnie The Pooh And The Honey Tree, Winnie And Tigger, Winnie The Pooh And The Blustery Day And Pocahontas when we were little girls , we were the ages 4 & 6 in the year of 2000 but sadly my dad took them,our PS1 console, the PS1 controllers and the PS1 games with him and we saw him again after he left us and thanks for the childhood memories and I also have found some Disney animated storybooks on Amazon and I can't wait to get them back after all these years of our happiness of childhood memories I am also special needs with a little bit of Down Syndrome, A Learning Disabilities And I also have a Seizure Disorder And I have multiple forms of Arthritis and take medicine 💊 for them. And I also have enjoyed ur content on KZfaq and Keep up with the good work

Dangerous Boy we were due in february 95 but we were preemies. our dad said we were so tiny that we could fit in his hand. our doctors thought we werent gonna make it but they took good care of us & luckily we did

This game is quite infamous upon its 1994 release due to the WinG API, which wasn't tested on many Compaq Presario PCs released around the same time, which caused those Compaq PCs to encounter the Blue Screen of Death. The backlash of this game prompted Microsoft to create the more stable DirectX which is still used by many PC games since its introduction in 1995 with the release of Windows 95.

I wish they would make the lion king journey of simba a young lion cub named simba as he success to accept his responsibility of adulthood as he destined role of the king of the jungle not as a carefree cub and didn't spends his days frolicking with his pal Nala his father king mufasa the reverd ruler of the pride rock and the lands that surround it it teaches him about the circle of life and follow in the regal paw prints of his father the great king mufasa the reverd ruler of the pride rock jungle and the lands that surround it it teaches him about the circle of life and follow in his paw prints and become the king kopa when kiara was not created kopa was rerecognized not identified kiara not as fluffy the placeholder therefore not disco wing kopa subtractonly a new male lion cub named kion not replacement kopa is smart clever sensibility simba as a cub is smart clever sensibility curious and adventurous spending much of his time learning the ways of a king simply envisioning what life is good he obeys
