@Eugenia Patron costa but can you still admit the older movies were generally good? Can you still smile at the idea of Bert dancing with penguins? Or fill with hope watching Quasimodo sing about life beyond his walls? If so focus not on lost respect, focus on " what the hell caused this mess and how do we fix it!?"

This scene still has me crying to be honest! The scene where poor Simba discovers that Mufasa have died and runs around crying and yelling for help is absolutely heartbreaking! I feel so bad for Simba and just want to hug him and tell him that no matter what things will be alright!

When I saw this scene I said this phrase to Simba while he lost his father: So do all who lived to see such times, but that is not for them to decide, all we have to decide is what to do with the time that is given to us

Simba reminds me of Obi Wan since both characters could not shake the guilt they felt: Simba believed that his father's death was his fault and Obi Wan thought that it was his fault for having lost Anakin, his brother and friend whom he loved so much 😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢
