Update: Kion became king of the tree of life and his mate is rani

You forgot one detail of the family tree. Kiara is with Kovu. And Kion is not alone he is now with Rani. And Kion and Rani is king and queen of the tree of life.

Interesting. They follow the modern British line of succession. Although I don't know if kiara was ever said to be queen in 1998 when the Male would have been king regardless. But in 2015 or 2016 I can't wait to be queen was made.

The canon/official thing is that Kion is king of the tree of life with Rani, there is a theory about Kiara and Kovu have three cubs Leah (looks like Kiara) Koda (looks like Kovu) Asha (looks like Simba) If Kopa was real he would mated with Vitani and they have Jana (looks like nala/zira) and Kali (looks like vitani)

There is one thing that has always bothered me for years is who is Kovu’s father and why hasn’t Disney filled in the gaps?

My Lion King Family Tree ( Pride lander Side ) : Rehema And Almasi ( Both My OC's ) are the first king and queen of the pride lands. They are Mufasa And Askari / Taka / Scar's Parents. When Mufasa became king and chose Sarabi as his queen, Scar got angry. This was because he loved Sarabi. Mufasa and Sarabi later had a son called Simba. Simba Was Betrothed to Nala, Sarafina's daughter. After killing Mufasa, Scar took over the pride lands to later mate with Sarabi. The two were blessed with a cub named Chaka ( My OC ) who would later become the new king of the pride lands. After getting Simba to come home, Nala became his queen. Simba had banished all of Scar's followers to the out lands. Not long after, Simba and Nala had their first cubs, Kopa and Kiara. Kopa being the oldest was destined to be the king. When Kopa was a preteen, Simba and Nala had another cub Named Kiongozi Or Kion for short. Kion's role was to be leader of the lion guard and to protect the circle of life. One day, Kopa was playing by the waterfall. He then heard a noise similar to a hyena's. This scared Kopa and he fell off the cliff and into the river. He was then taken to the jungle where he was betrothed to the King's leader, Hazina. After Kopa's disappearance, Kiara had become future queen of the pride lands. A few years later, Kiara had become the queen beside Kovu, Zira's son. As for Kion, he had joined Rani, The queen of the tree of life And became the king there. Kopa and Hazina had also become mates and had three cubs : Almasi ( II ), Nyota And Nuka ( II ). Almasi was chosen as the future queen, Nyota was leader of the hunters and Nuka was a guard Kiara and Kovu also had cubs. Their names were : Mfalme, Maua And Kucha. Maua was Kovu and Kiara's chosen heir. Kion was also lucky enough to have cubs : Shujaa, Ajabu And Akili Shujaa was destined to be the new Lion guard leader Along with : Ajabu As the bravest, Mfalme as the strongest, Kucha as keenest of sight and Damu as the fastest. That's It For The Pride Lander Side :P

I don't know if I'm the only one who believes this theory, but there's a possibility that the strange lion is zira's father

Mufasa and Scar, took a fair share of both their parents attributes, yeah Skin color Mufasa took from the dad and Scar from the mom, but the facial features such as their noses and mouths Scar got from the dad and Mufasa from his Mom

Noice vid! My fam tree: Mohatu was the first king of the Pridelands and had an adopted brother, Choyo, the selfish lion. He hated his brother and wanted to make him look bad. Mohatu mated with Asali and had their son, Ahadi. Meanwhile, Choyo mated with Amani and gave birth to Uru. When Choyo died, Uru and her mother escaped and stumbled. stumbled into the pridelands. Uru met Ahadi and they developed a strong friendship, which became love. When Mohatu and Asali died, Ahadi & Uru became king and queen and gave birth to Mufasa and Taka. Ahadi wouldn’t treat Taka nicely and Mufasa would get all the attention from his father which made Taka jealous and angry. His mother would always take care of him when Ahadi didn’t. Eventually, Ahadi gave Taka a scar, making Taka run away from pridelands. Since, he renamed himself into Scar, to never forget his father’s actions. Years later, Mufasa mated with Sarabi (a lionesses from a different pride that was welcomed to the pridelands along with Sarafina) and became king and Sarabi, his queen. They gave birth to Simba. Mufasa welcomed his brother back to the pridelands and invited him to Simba’s ceremony but he didn’t come. Simba had befriended Nala, daughter of Sarafina and another lion named Matootaa. After Mufasas death, Simba ran away from pridelands and met Timon and Pumbaa. Scar became king. During Scar’s reign, he tried mating with Sarabi first, but failed. He tried mating again with Nala, but failed again. He had then developed a connection with Sarafina and they had given birth to Nala’s half little brother, Mheetu. Scar thought he was too weak to be the heir and he would constantly traumatise him. Nala would have to protect her brother from his insanity. Years later, Nala ran away from the pridelands to search for help and Mheetu left to protect himself from Scar. After this, lionesses approached the pridelands. Their leader was Zira. Scar had offered them food and a home. Scar and Zira fell in love. They had given birth to Nuka. Scar thought he was too weak to be the heir, so Scar ordered Zira to go and mate with a rogue lion. She did and mated with a rogue lion, Chumvi, Nala’s lost friend. They had given birth to Vitani & Kovu. Scar thought Kovu was the perfect heir. Zira and her lionesses had to search for food outside the pridelands. Meanwhile, Simba, Nala, Timon and Pumbaa returned to the pridelands and defeated Scar and the hyenas ate him alive. Zira returned but it was too late, Scar was dead. Zira had argued against Simba and they became enemies. But she was allowed to stay in the pridelands while she didn’t cause any harm to the inhabitance. Zira had been plotting against Simba for months and took out her vengeance on Simba & Nala’s firstborn, Kopa. Simba, his heart shattered, banished Zira and her family from the pridelands. she wasn’t done yet. Kovu was going to be king if they succeeded in taking over. Kiara was born. She was Simba & Nala’s daughter and Simba was overprotective of her and got worried when she met Kovu. Years later, Kiara and Kovu met again and had developed a strong friendship. Zira’s plan had failed. She now had to lure Simba into a trap so they could ambush him. Wounded, Simba bansishes Kovu from the pridelands. Kovu & Kiara met again and fell in love. Meanwhile Zira’s army and Simba’s army fought until Kiara and Kovu showed up. All of Zira’s army shifted to Simba’s side after hearing Kiara’s remark. Zira refused to move sides and had died. All of the outlanders were welcomed back into the pridelands and Kiara & Kovu had three cubs, Asha (the oldest), Koda (the middle child), and Leah (the youngest, she was also born with a crumpled leg meaning she couldn’t run properly). With Kopa being Semi-Canon, that he means he is part of Canon although on one half as defined by what Semi means. Common knowledge, really. And who knows what kind of doors can be opened for Kopa to become fully part of Canon, given the advantage that he is Semi-Canon.

For me, Vitani, Nuka and Kovu are siblings. They didn’t call Scar “dad” but they call Zira mom. I don’t think Zira and Scar loves each other and Zira is probably the same age as Simba because of their cubs’ same age. Kovu, Vitani and Nuka probably got another father.

This is another great video. The only one you left out of this is Kion's Mate Rani. Just as a matter of personal preference I have never liked the idea of Scar being Vitani's Father. I totally believe that Nuka is Scar And Zira's Son (Although what little information we gained in The Lion Guard makes any kind of timeline impossible to pin down. I have always taken Zira's line "Scar and I were close, very close" to imply that their relationship was much more than that of Leader and Follower. I see it this way: Scar And Zira tried to produce. an Heir. The result was Nuka, when Scar realized that Nuka would not become what he wanted in an Heir. He wanted a stronger Heir and told Zira to mate with a strong Rogue Lion. Zira although probably reluctant to do so went out and found a strong Rogue Lion (Most likely one that resembled Scar in appearance) and mated with Him. The result was Vitani. Scar however wanted a Male Heir so when Zira was ready to have another Cub she most likely wet out and found the same same Rogue Lion and mated with Him again. The result was Kovu. As for The Royal succession of Pride Rock, while Kion would be the next in line if Kovu and Kiara do not produce an Heir. Kion is already The King of The Tree of Life. He would have to have a Regent to rule in his absence. I think he would choose Vitani because as the Sister of the last Reigning King of The Pride Lands. Vitani would be the closest relative of The Royal Family. Kion And Rani's 2nd Cub would then rule The Pride Lands when said Cub came of age. Although that would leave The Tree Of Life without The Roar when Kion passes away.

Tikoli and Mona are the parents of Mohatu of my own choice. Mohatu has also a elder brother called Choyo. One day, a lion attacks their parents. Their parents told them to run away. Then they discovered the cat's rock. There were only cat's. They've fought with the cats and won. Choyo should be the King as he was elder. But Mohatu fought with Choyo and won. Then he became the King. And he choose Nandi as her Queen. After this I support your theory. This full theory is my own choice. Thanks.

Ahadi is actually not Mohatu's son. Disney stated: Ahadi was one of the rouges and was the son of Hata, the rogue lion. Ahadi's mother has died from starvation and from the wound by hyenas, so they came to the pridelands. Mohatu, the king of the pridelands at that time, allowed them to stay. And Uru was the first born of Mohatu and Asail, she grew up along side her younger brother and Sister, Deshi and Mali. I think Ahadi has a black mane, an outlander nose, green eyes and a light coloured fur. I personally think that he is a rogue from far and had traveled to the pridelands on accident in search for refuge as he was exiled by his father for being a “threat to the throne” muhatu being uru’s father chased Ahadi out and forbid uru from seeing untill he earned muhatu’s respect and trust by saving uru and forever protecting his daughter.
