I used to love fried bologna sandwiches as a kid. My grandma would come over to babysit us and make us that with mustard and a dill pickle on the side. Brings up happy memories, but we never had a slice that thick! That was an impressive piece!

I like Bobbie's sandwich because they added ham to the turkey but the apple and cranberry mayonnaise YUM. I liked John's fried bologna sandwich. Of course I wished I had the deli cut. I fried the regular thin slice bologna. I learned how to do that from my dad. He loved fried bologna. LOVE BRUSSEL SPROUTS BOBBIE! I DIDNT AS A CHILD BUT I DO NOW!!!!

Good morning! Just 9 am here and now I want either of those sandwiches for breakfast! That would be a hard choice to make. They both look delicious! I love Brussel sprouts roasted with bacon or fried with bacon in a skillet. It completely changes the taste. I have to throw some radishes in with them. So sweet! If you haven't done that or had radishes roasted or fried it's a must try. Thanks for taking us along!

Bobbie’s looks delicious, but I would have to have the fried baloney sandwich from mu childhood, and German festivals. I can’t find them anymore and they won’t cut it thick enough at the deli. The last time I found it was the Reading Terminal Market in Philly a few years ago. The stand is now gone. 😕🥺

Like John I used to never eat brussel sprouts. But one day I tried them at a buffet where they were roasted to perfection and I got hooked. Now I make them and like to prepare them all different ways. Roasted. Steamed ECT. They are great simple tossed with olive oil lemon and Italian spices or fancy with bacon, dried cranberries, pecans ECT! Bobbie there might still be hope for John yet. Lol! Have you ever tried Brussels sprouts? It is like little cabbages. I didn't like them until I tried them several years ago now I really enjoy them. Give them a try if you never have you may be surprised.

Your videos are usually pretty good, but locally grown sweet pickles? Pickles aren’t grown. Cucumbers are grown and pickles are made/canned.
