Fucking Chris Cheney, the man is so talented. The Living End deserve international fame, sadly the band is largely unknown here in the states which is a damn shame. They're among the greatest acts in modern rock globally in my opinion.

Takes big balls to put this song on your set list. Well played.

Yeah. I think he obviously plays guitar so well, and certainly in the last 10 years or so he's really become a strong singer too - blows me away every time I see him live! How Do We Know is just a ridiculous riff to sing so well over!
@boosts147 жыл бұрын
hahahaha serious? 90% of guitarists sing and play at the same time.

Not like Chris =D
@2Littlecampers7 жыл бұрын
haha, as a novice guitarist but good enough for a campfire performance, i find singing while playing guitar very difficult. Its a bit like the patting the top of your head while rubbing your chest. It throws you out of time. Obviously Chris has a lot of NATURAL talent which i clearly dont have. lol
@357HFC6 жыл бұрын
Probably the first song he learnt! :) Love it! great tribute to a great band from another great band. Went to see Chisel and The End a couple of years ago in Perth. Living End stole the show. Really hard for me to believe, let alone repeat.

It IS a great song (Thanks Don) but don't these guys nail it! Went to see Chisel a few years ago, these guys opened and stole the show. They are as good as Green Day, just not as well known (even in Australia)
@andrewwinch4746 жыл бұрын
Dale McCamish do not insult The Living End by comparing them to Green Day! On musicianship alone they are miles ahead of that pop crap!
@MrSkotty19926 жыл бұрын
I am from the States and I am a huge Green Day fan as well as a Living End fan. It is a shame that TLE are not better known. They're one of the best modern rock acts in my opinion. I once read a comment on a Living End video that said "TLE are Green Day but with talent." Even as a Green Day fan I had to laugh.

No one in the crowd gets it at all, so it's just a wasted performance.
@carlmarks81703 жыл бұрын
Why do people on KZfaq always focus on the crowd and not the performance? You're wrong anyway. You can clearly hear people screaming their appreciation as the video finishes. As for the tables closest to the stage, the people sitting there are attentive and taking it all in. It's the APRA awards, dude. It's not a rock concert or a pub gig full of drunk bogans. These are recording industry professionals: songwriters, musicians and publishers. I think they "get it" more than most people do, for fuck's sake. What would you like them to do? Show us their tits? Some crowd surfing? 😂
