The free cookie thing is murda!!! I had a "friend" invite me to sell chocolate strawberries at an event where she would be selling "dinner plates." When i showed up with my copious amount of strawberries for sale i saw that she was GIVING away strawberry shortcake for FREE with the dinner plates😂😂! Bruh. I felt a way, ngl.

@@Marishascakes that was a real lesson for me. 1. I ask about complementary desserts being provided by the host, just to make sure there isn’t over lapping. That’s my professional way of saying don’t play me. 2. When I do join a friend or provide my baked goods to be sold I establish my own connection with an organizer. Vendor’s events are different of course, but I try to safe guard myself because that experience did sting. I was also just starting out and hella green😂😂😂
