i know you guys try to live more natural, but with that many ants, i’d recommend just setting up a couple of ant traps. they clear them up in only a couple of days

I lived in an RV with a seized engine for a long time and every summer the ants were awful. The best trick I found was to mix baking soda with powdered sugar. They can’t separate the powdered sugar from the baking soda so when they take it back to the nest, the whole colony dies in about a week. Ants can’t pass or expel gas so the baking soda kills them. It’s safe for pets and kids and biodegradable.

She's worried about wearing shoes inside, covering with towels so it won't get Dirty, but yet she has Ants Loosely crawling around on the furniture.... girl do something. Close up everything sit outside for 3 hours and put a couple of bombs/ defoggers in there. Find the entry hole that they're coming in. Get out of that tall grass.

I use peppermint oil, it works wonders with ants and isn’t toxic, I use one called Tea Tree Plantation, I have to use it a few time for them to get the message, if you can find the ant hole, put a trail of oil drops am Long their trail from the ant hole to the couch

Diatomaceous earth sprinkle it around the ant hills. Mix it with sugar to attract the ants outside before they come in. I use an old plastic yogurt container, add about an inch of the mixture then screw entry holes slightly above that with my drill. If you mix in borax it kills them faster but be sure to secure the lid with more holes and zip ties. I also take Diatomaceous earth and sprinkle it around the trailer. Hide them by placing them behind the wheels. Ants will be more interested in going in there than in your rig. I use this method in my garden. I screw them to a chain link fence near to the ground to keep birds and animals out.

My caravan would be half bed, half bathroom, I've been disabled long enough to realise that almost everything can be done while laying in comfort. I'd plaster the roof with solar, my laptop is hungry and my needs are electrical. 😂

20 mule team borax for the ants. Put out sugar for bait. When ants are coming to it, Mix borax with sugar. They will carry it back to the nest.

Vinegar gets rid of ants very well. You can even spray your kitchen countertops, safe on food, yet kills ants.

Cinnamon will get rid of the ants. And it smells good and won't kill you or your pets.

To get rid if ants...put chili beans or chicken bones (with a little meat on it) outside your caravan. Place it near the ant home. Move it away from that spot about 2-3 feet every week. Say bye bye to ant problem!!! They like protein. They'll stop searching and go directly to the source. Basically, you have to feed them. You're welcome!🙂

Try peppermint for the ants. So there something used by the entrances of clean room. It’s a mat that has thin layers you peel off once the top is dirty. When you walk over it, it will automatically clean the soil off from your soles of feet, shoes passively. It will save on towels. I think you can get it at granger.

I tried this 3 years ago and never have had an ant in our house since... I bought lavender baby powder and pour a line of it across any entrance. It's as easy as that!!!! They won't cross the line. Are the towels to catch sand and loose soil? Maybe litter catching mats would work. Good luck.

I use Mrs. Meyer's peppermint all purpose cleaning spray to zap ants in my kitchen, it kills them on contact. I LOVE that stuff as a safe and effective ant killer in my kitchen.

Baby powder will get rid of the ants. Some people mix it with crushed red peppers but I’ve found the baby powder works just fine.

omg i would not even sit down where all them ants are, im so sorry. Not even trying to be funny or mean, but girl go get some of them liquid ant traps, i put ONE out the other day and i’ve only seen 1 ant since then. It does wonders. I got a box at a local Dollar general for $3 it came with 4 different ant traps. They also sell them at walmart. & it can be left out for a few months, it’s also pretty small & flat so it can probably fit anywhere!

Salt ring around the camper would help I do that around my apartment during the summer my poor frog had an invasion of them last year in his tank

I use Terro ant poison. They eat it and take it back to the nest. It takes about a week once they start to eat the stuff before the whole colony is dead. It works for those little guys. You’ll see dozens of them eating from the same drops, they love this stuff.

We had a serious fire ant problem. Nothing works better than Raid for Ants. Not their ant and roach spray. Spray stinks and is probably toxic, BUT no ants for literally months. Spray and stay somewhere else for a day or two. We spray the interior and exterior of our Rpod about once a year. No ants😂

Those ants are a deal breaker. I'd be sleeping in a hotel.

Get some peppermint Dr. Bronners Castile soap, mix with water spray wherever the ants are and around where they enter. They will disappear

Diatomaceous Earth works great on insects with exoskeletons. Use food grade DE.

Walmart and Home Depot sells Terra for ants, small bottle,clear liquid.Ants take it to the colony and it kills them all.

I push diatomaceous earth into the cracks and crevices in areas prone to ants. Dampen a paper towel slightly, dust with D.E. mixed with some coffee creamer powder (great ant bate), sprinkle on the damp towel and place in the anty area. They'll be permanently gone within a few days.
