Men, I'm scared to go outside in voyager difficulty and you walk among timberwolves like "here chillin' with these guys"... Now I want to start the challenge too!

The thing with these Deadman settings, is always to chain-torch travel, and make as many outdoor fires as you can (with those torches as well as mag lens). And have million of warming-up reishi and rose hip buffs with you all the time, that is the real ticket. Otherwise it's a suicide, as the temperature is always the biggest killer for your health bar going down. The other three are more manageable as you will always be making more water anyway during those fires etc. Other than that it comes to prioritizing what you have time to do and what you don't, even more than with Interloper. Even the health loss on this ep could've been avoided by not going to the cannery, or at the very least going to the trailer to get warm every time the temp bar got low. Anyway nice to see you do this now

Man, when you said you were gonna do the challenges I thought "aiight, he'll go from 1st to last". But NOoO! Usual's going for the hardest one first! Lol. As the dead sleep is brutal. Well, kinda. Going from memories and feeling here, I'd say it's like a variant of Interloper on temp, loot, spawns, etc. Some are harder and some are the same as Interloper. But I'm enjoying this a lot! :D

Well must say, the Escape The Darkwalker series help a ton ( going to try it now thanks) BUT this a new survivor series and one of the toughest to boot, Usual you are TLD GURU!!! I iz a very happy kitten!!!

Thanks for this :) I have lost count of how many times I've tried to complete this challenge. I get attacked by the wolves even tho my flare is lit. The LOOT is ridiculous. The bear isn't a problem as I can hide haha. I'll keep trying to complete this challenge, as I am not a quitter lol I look forward to your next videos and seeing you complete this challenge. :)

Interloper loot? Literally more loot that I saw you find in the interloper series

I got long dark in 2018 and never really played it. I have tried wintermute and it was too hard and time consuming for me. I wish I had more time to play this game.

I've just rediscovered my love for the game after about a year out. Does holding a flare scare off normal wolves too? I seem to remember you needing to throw the flare at them to scare them off. Is this a new wolf mechanic or just specific to the timber wolves alone? Thanks :)
