This is a brand new run of The Long Dark, doing an "Outerloper Merchant" run. The goal is to fill the shop in Coastal Highway with a variety of items found in the game to bring the store back to life. The heavy restriction to the challenge however, is that man made buildings are forbidden from being looted, rested in or in any way utilized other than simply walking through where necessary. I can imagine the best place to loot in outerloper would be Hushed River Valley. It is a nightmare to navigate but with enough time it can be done. It will always have a guaranteed hammer and bedroll, not to mention a lot of cattails and tea stuff. By the way, don't be fooled by the stink indicator. In interloper, regardless of the indicator not showing you stink, a single piece of meat, cooked or not, regardless of size will attract wildlife.

So you have to find cans and pots to cook in but have a magical endless suply of teacups????
