THE LORAX is about a man who takes advantage of the beautiful Truffula trees he finds to create thneeds, and opens up a big business to get mighty rich. Despite the fact that his business hurts the animals that rely on those trees, and despite the Lorax’s warnings. It’s not until the last Truffula tree is chopped down, that this man realizes what he has done was wrong.
