The Lord of Evil has a surprisingly robust mental health plan, which he realized was necessary for employee retention (i.e. not having half your minions flee in animalistic panic when they behold the unspeakable horrors that dwell in the bowels of the realm). They also have casual Fridays.

Can I bring my dog to work, she is a Yorkshire Terrier puppy who breathes fire? Do you do bring your kids to work day? Continued education as I want to get my Ph.D. in History? Do I have to live in your citadel or are there nice homes in the area? Can I indulge in murder, assassin, & enhanced interrogation, & torture to my hearts content? Do I have to supply my own weapons & armor or do you? I have seen horrors like your staff may not have ever seen plus I am a Very High Functioning Sociopath so pretty much nothing phases me anymore.
